Faith Forged Solutions did not come from a single decision. It was built over time through experience, lessons learned, and a steady progression of taking on more responsibility.
I have spent over 26 years in IT and engineering, building and leading environments across small businesses and larger organizations. Along the way, I built and operated multiple IT companies. I have served at the executive level, leading teams across managed services, project delivery, and pre-sales.
That journey exposed both sides of the work. The technical challenges. The operational gaps. The pressure that comes with responsibility. And the difference between activity and true outcomes.
Over time, my role naturally expanded beyond engineering. I became more involved in leadership, direction, and helping businesses make better decisions around their technology. Not just fixing issues, but creating structure. Not just delivering projects, but improving how delivery happens.
Faith Forged Solutions is the result of that progression.
It reflects a belief that IT should be led with clarity, ownership, and purpose. That businesses deserve more than reactive support. And that experience matters when decisions carry real weight.
